Trishan is a visionary leader dedicated to taking the company to greater heights. He strategically navigated the company through challenging times, establishing and positioning the company with strong leverage in the market.

As a result, Trishan took the company to the forefront with a new look, purpose and mission thrusting the company to move from success to success gaining territory not just in the UK but also around the world.

An accountant by trade, Trishan has over twenty years of experience in financial management and has specialised in investment banking. Backed by his expertise, he is driven by the vision he has for the escalation of the company’s net worth in the years to come.

Trishan is a great leader who invests in his team to be the best version of themselves in their career and as well as in their well-being. Leading by example, he does not hold back in appreciating and acknowledging excellence within his team.

He is always ready to give back making all CSR projects closest to his heart. He is an inspiration to all and is very much loved by his team, customers and partners.

Out of the office, Trishan loves to travel with his family and spend time hanging out with his friends watching his favourite teams in football, cricket, tennis and rugby.

Finance Director

Juan-Pierre oversees the finance function of Nabco. He drives the company’s financial strategy and planning, assess future risks and supervises all financial aspects of the business.

Juan-Pierre oversees the finance function of Nabco. He drives the company’s financial strategy and planning, assess future risks and supervises all financial aspects of the business.

Juan-Pierre joined Nabco in 2017 as the Head of Finance. He previously worked in the healthcare and auctioneering sectors, overseeing the finance function.

Known as JP to his colleagues and friends, Juan-Pierre was born in South Africa and moved to the UK with his wife. He has a degree in Financial and Business Management and is completing his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.

In his spare time JP enjoys working out at the gym. A Formula One mega fan, he also enjoys rugby.

Operations Director

Ruaan oversees all operations at Nabco, ensuring they are carried out at speed and cost-effectively. He is also responsible for improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.

Ruaan Adams
Operations Director

Ruaan oversees all operations at Nabco, ensuring they are carried out at speed and cost-effectively. He is also responsible for improving operational management systems, processes and best practices. Ruaan joined Nabco as Operations Manager in 2018 and has significantly advanced day-to-day operations using Lean principles. He operates the business with a customer-centric approach with the goal of providing the best experience possible to clients.

Ruaan began his career in South Africa as a Mechanical Design Engineer, after graduating as a Mechanical Engineer in 2011. He previously worked in the automotive and logistics industries in South Africa and functioned as a Continuous Improvement Engineer before being promoted to Facilities Manager at DSV’s flagship facility. Ruaan has sound knowledge of the business operations environment and excelled with problem solving using 8D principles. His knowledge of the industry and experience gained is a big asset. He moved to the UK in 2018.

At home, Ruaan enjoys spending time with his young family. He is a keen Formula One fan, enjoys any sporting event and spending time in nature. Ruaan lives close to his roots and loves making ‘droëwors’ (a dry sausage that is a popular snack food in South Africa) and having a ‘braai’ (barbecue).

Steve manages the Sales and Proposition for Nabco leading his team to deliver business growth whilst constantly reviewing our customer-led proposition ensuring it meets our customer’s expectations.

After 28 years in senior roles in retail across operations, merchandising, buying, space planning and most recently store development, Steve joined Nabco in 2022 to help to lead the business into the next chapter of our growth. Steve introduced our customer-led proposition which allows us to focus on each of our customer’s needs. The proposition truly focuses on each customer to ensure we not only deliver the solution they want the delivery is done with the right behaviours and support.

At home, Steve enjoys spending time with the family and going on long walks with his dog called Hugo. At the weekend Steve enjoys eating in one of the many award-winning restaurants/pubs in the local area. Steve enjoys running on the treadmill and watching various sports including darts – which amuses many of the Nabco team.
