Nim establishes and maintains Nabco’s operational processes, communication, collaboration, and leadership, maximising productivity and driving organisational success. Sophie is responsible for Nabco’s financial strategy, assessing risks and overseeing business functions. Francesca manages the Key Accounts at Nabco, nurturing strong client relationships and overseeing projects and customer requirements. Lukasz oversees day-to-day operations at the Nabco warehouse, ensuring productivity and quality and maintaining high standards for packing orders.
