Returns Policy

Conditions to return the goods to us
If you are unsatisfied with the product you received or if the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it, although certain restrictions may apply*. 

If you choose to return the product(s), the purchaser must contact Nabco' Customer Service at +44 (0) 1727 841 828 herein referred to as the “Seller” within 30 calendar days to arrange and request approval of the return. 

The product(s) must be returned to the seller in its original packaging according to the instructions provided in the Return Authorisation form. 

By purchasing products from the seller, purchaser agrees to the sellers Terms and Conditions of sale agreement. 

Purchaser agrees that Seller will issue a refund to your account or provide a credit for the amount paid for the product, less restocking fees. 

Restocking Fees shall be 15% of the purchase price of the returned product(s) including any shipping costs or overhead costs the seller may incur in relation to the returned product(s). 

Original shipping charges on the product(s) purchased will not be refunded to purchaser on any returned products.

Return Instructions


1. Contact Nabco' Customer Service at +44 (0) 1727 841 828 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Form
2. Fully complete the Returns Authorisation Form and return the completed form to our customer service team. A Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued once RAF has been reviewed.
3. Our replacement team will process your request. Images of goods to be taken prior to shipping so that any damages during transit can be claimed.
4. Return the authorised item(s) as per shipping instructions.
5. Our replacement team will access the returned items to ensure resalable condition. Items shipped, but not declared on the returns form, will not be accepted/credited and will be discarded

Note: You are responsible for making sure that the product(s) are returned to the seller in its original condition and packaging.

Replacements and Defects


If you purchased a product or accessory that is/or becomes defective through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. Please contact us and we will work with you on next steps and replacement options.

Lost or Stolen Shipment


If your product fails to arrive or you suspect it was stolen before you received the package, please contact us.

* Return Restrictions:
Used or damaged products due to purchaser negligence cannot be returned. The term “damaged product” includes but is not limited to, damages caused by use of a product, original product packaging is torn or missing, products damaged during shipment or products damaged due to improper installation.

The seller reserves the right to refuse any product at its sole discretion.
